We try to get everything shipped out from our production facility within 4 days. Typically it takes 3 days, but that is dependent on the time of year and volume of orders. Everything is custom made to order, with personalization, so please allow enough time for us to create your unique special product. We ship via UPS and USPS unless otherwise indicated, from our production facilities in Michigan, Florida and Texas.
